David Flueck was a principal architect of growth and transformation for Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) for 12 years. He was responsible for Starwood’s proprietary Revenue Management systems and led the global Revenue Management function. Flueck also led the original brand development work for Element. As Senior Vice President, Loyalty for Marriott International, he will provide global leadership and strategic direction for the future combined loyalty program, which includes Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and SPG.
